Glass Lined Tower

    The glass-lined tower section is made by spraying the enamel with high silicon content on the inner surface of the seamless steel pipe, and making the enamel adhere to the inner surface of the steel pipe by baking at a high temperature of about 900 ºC. Tank internals such as support rings, perforated plates, feed pipe flow distributors, etc. can be provided upon customer request.

Features at a glance:
1. Glass-lined tower sections of DN25~DN2000 can be produced (the length of DN250 and below is generally within 3000mm; the length of DN300 and above can reach 4000mm).
2. All glass-lined tower caps adopt the cold spraying process uniformly.
3. Both ends of the nozzle adopt neck flanges, and the welding seam is far away from the flange mouth.
