1.Alcohol alkali solution preparation
Solid sodium hydroxide into the dissolved alkali tank, and then the tank area methanol storage tanks in methanol with methanol feeding pump to the dissolved alkali tank, open the dissolved alkali tank circulating pump, the dissolved alkali tank methanol lost to the dissolved alkali tank upper circulating spray dissolved alkali until the methanol containing alkali meet the requirements of the regulations, stop the circulation of the spraying, static for more than 96 hours, so that insoluble material precipitation, the clear liquid through the filter to the alcoholic alkali solution pump tank.
2.Preparation of liquid sodium methanol
Alcohol lye is sent to the material heat exchanger by the alcohol lye transfer pump to the top component of the methanol distillation tower to exchange heat with the top component of the methanol reaction tower and then enter the top of the methanol reaction tower for reaction, the alcohol lye enters the top of the methanol reaction tower, the anhydrous methanol is sent by the reflux pump of the methanol distillation tower to the methanol evaporator for gasification, then it enters the bottom of the methanol reaction tower to form a liquid-phase convection reaction with the alcohol lye that enters from the top of the methanol reaction tower. After the reaction, the finished sodium methanol is released from the bottom of the methanol reaction tower to the sodium methanol receiving tank, and the unqualified sodium methanol is sent to the dissolved alkali tank by the sodium methanol conveying pump; the qualified sodium methanol is partly sent to the sodium methanol tank by the sodium methanol conveying pump, and the other part is sent to the dryer for drying.
3.Preparation of solid sodium methanol
Qualified sodium methanol is partly sent to rake vacuum drier for drying by sodium methanol conveying pump, and the dried product is packed; the recovered methanol enters into methanol recycling tank, and then enters into methanol intermediate tank, and the methanol is to be recycled.
4.Refining of methanol
The methanol from the methanol storage tanks in the tank area is sent out by the methanol pump, and then enters the methanol distillation tower to supplement the methanol after heat exchange with the gas phase at the top of the methanol distillation tower to carry out the methanol refining.
The methanol gas at the top of the methanol distillation tower exchanges heat with the alcohol and alkaline solution through the feed heat exchanger, condenses through the condenser of the methanol distillation tower to the methanol receiving tank, partially reflows through the reflux pump of the methanol distillation tower, and part of the anhydrous methanol is gasified by the methanol evaporator and then enters into the bottom of the methanol reaction tower to be reacted.
