Glass lining equipment features
1,Design temperature: agitating reactor temperature 0ºC to 200ºC, storage tank use temperature 0ºC to 150ºC, equipment resistance to heat-cooling thermol shock. Cold shock: 110 ºC; Heating shock: 120 ºC. Glass-lined equipment heating and cooling should be carried out slowly.
2,Glass lined layer thickness: glass lined equipment glass layer thickness in 0.8-2.0mm; glass lined equipment accessories glass layer thickness in 0.6-2.3mm.
3, Spark test: The glass lining layer is spark tested at the 20KV high voltage because of electric insulation, if the working surface has no spark flash on the high voltage, the surface is qualified without glass lining leakage.
4, corrosion resistance: can resist various concentrations of inorganic acids, organic acids, organic solution and weak alkali corrosion ( media containing fluorine ions, concentration ≥ 30%, temperature ≥ 180 ºC except concentrated phosphoric acid and strong alkali).
5, Non scale: The glossy and clean glass lining surface avoid material bonding and scale, it's really suitable for using on foodstuff industry.

A4: The payment methods we accept include: T/T, L/C, D/P; after signing the contract, the customer needs to pay 30% of the deposit first, and the remaining 70% of the payment is completed in the delivery money.
